As I feel the cold, dark, streamy glowing river run down my wrist I feel that I’m alive and feel nothing but numbness while I watch it run down my hand. I have a tear getting to run down my hand. I think to myself why I did it and a bunch of questions run through my head and as I answer those questions, and I know why I am an ex-self injurer and I’m telling that there are other ways to deal with your problems.
