Why Cutting?

I started cutting myself four months ago, because I had troubles with my boyfriend. He discovered it yesterday and said to me I was acting stupid and silly. It hurt. But I decided to stop cutting myself and to search for another way. For all the cutters here I would say hang on and if you can, please stop cutting yourself.
the scars on my arm are those how i hate
