I have been cutting myself secretly for about one and a half years. Recently I told my close friend and my skating instructor found out. He threatened to tell my parents and he hasn’t. I made a promise to him and my friends (all I have who will listen to me) that I will stop. I tried but haven’t succeded. Eventually it will end for me; the time can’t come quick enough.
