I am 15 years old and have been cutting my lower arms for over 2 years now. It all started when my dad was going to send me to a childrens home and he said he did not want anything to do with me ever again. Since then I have been seeing a psychiatrist but it has not really helped and now it’s gone too far and I just don’t know how to stop!
