- Befrienders International Primarily focused on suicide prevention, they are ready to talk about self injury. More information on their self harm page.

- Centacare - A catholic agency. Their youth services deal with self injury. Centacare has offices in several cities.
- Australian Self-Harm Education / Australian Self Injury Network - The members of the Australian Self Injury Network "aim to educate people about issues surrounding self injury, providing global links to informed sources".

- The Basement Project - A community resource providing support groups and helpful literature for self harmers and their families.
- National Self-Harm Network - A survivor-led organisation committed to campaigning for the rights and understanding of people who self-harm.
- No Panic - Charity that helps people with anxiety disorders and phobias. 0808 808 0545: Helpline, 10am-10pm. Advice answerphone, 10pm-10am.
- Project Spear - Offers support for self-harmers and training for medical professionals. Operates the Why Me? site.
- Self Harm Alliance - Support, information and advice to people who suffer with deliberate self harm. 01242 578820: Open 7pm-8pm, Wednesday to Sunday. Answer machine at all other times.
- Survive - Offers online support and has some info on self injury. Some self injury stories are available.
- University of Cambridge Counselling Service - Deal with self injury. 01223 332865.
- Wounded Wings - Wounded Wings is a self-help group for Self-harmers, based in Edinburgh.
